Didarra Terms of Service

Introduction.

Didarra is a fan-focused merchandise and brand platform developed and operated by Velocity Sports Labs Limited, a Ghanaian company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate the Didarra website at didarra.com (the “Site”), along with related services including mobile interfaces, ordering systems, and other features that power the Didarra shopping experience (collectively, the “Service”).

Our mission is to help sports teams, fan communities, and emerging creators unlock value through branded merchandise—bridging identity, culture, and commerce in meaningful ways. By using the Service, you agree to the terms set out below, forming a binding legal agreement between you and Velocity Sports Labs Limited.

By registering for, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service—including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Returns Policy (collectively, the “Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or any part of the Service. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

IMPORTANT: DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE

These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause for users outside of jurisdictions like the UK or EU. This means that in the event of a dispute between you and Didarra (Velocity Sports Labs Limited), we agree to resolve it through private arbitration rather than court proceedings (except where otherwise allowed by law or small claims court).

You also agree not to bring or join class actions or jury trials. Please read Section 18 for full details of the arbitration terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site. If you are under the required age, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2.2 If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day window starts from the day the last item is delivered.

2.3 You do not need to give a reason for the cancellation—just notify us within the timeframe above.

2.5 You cannot return Products that:

  • Have been customised or personalised in any way;
  • Were sealed for hygiene reasons and have been opened;
  • Are mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery;
  • Were bought for commercial, trade, or resale purposes.

3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

3.1 Registration:To access certain features (e.g. order tracking, cancellations, returns), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date.

3.2 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 Account Restrictions:
You may not:

  • Use anyone else’s account without permission.
  • Create accounts in a fraudulent or misleading manner.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders: When you place an order, you agree to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

4.2 Pricing: Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) or as otherwise specified. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed at an incorrect price.

4.3 Payment Processing: We accept various payment methods via third-party processors. You agree that we may share your payment information with these processors solely to complete your transactions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. However, delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items you purchase pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full details, see our Delivery Policy.

  • You must have a user account to initiate cancellations or returns online.
  • Guest checkout customers must contact support for assistance.

7. Product Descriptions & Availability

We do our best to ensure product details, images, and specifications are accurate, but we do not guarantee that any content on the Site is error-free, current, or complete.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

8. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes;
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to access restricted areas;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful content;
  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these rules.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Didarra and its affiliates will not be liable for any:

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
